Hopefully the voters in his district will finally be tired of having a scumbag represent them in Congress.

I'm not sure which is more amusing: Rangel claiming he self-reported (after years and years of criminal activity?) and thus there need be no investigation of any kind, a la ACORN or Waters proclaiming her willingness to attend hearings (as if she had a choice) proves that she is innocent ( Read more... )

You know it's bad for a Democrat when even his fellow Democrats turn on him. Democrats are famous for defending scandal-plagued people and groups (ACORN, anyone?) so when they begin to bail on someone like Rangel.
